Growing performance sneaker brand Salomon is aiming to expand its partnerships with specialty and premium wholesale accounts in North America.

Laura Stauth is joining Salomon North America as senior vice president of sales, effective Monday. In her new role, she will oversee Salomon’s North American softgoods sales organization, with a mandate to strengthen and expand wholesale partnerships and deepen investments in specialty retail to accelerate the brand’s performance-led business across footwear, apparel and accessories.

Stauth was previously at VF Corp.’s Vans, where she was vice president of sales and led the Americas wholesale strategy.

Salomon said that with strong growth across Gravel and Trail Running, Winter Sports and SportStyle categories, the company is investing in its executive leadership team to support long-term strategic objectives. Their goals include enhanced go-to market alignment, premium distribution, and increased collaboration with specialty retail partners.

Stauth’s appointment follow those of Aaron Sullivan, vice president, digital experience and e-commerce, and LeeAnn Fallon, vice president of retail, both for Salomon North America in July and September 2025, respectively. Salomon said their combined experience building high-performing sales teams and navigating dynamic retail landscapes is designed to accelerated Salomon’s next phase of growth.

“Laura, Aaron and LeeAnn bring a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep wholesale, retail, ecommerce and digital expertise,” said Steve Doolan, Salomon’s general manager and president of the Americas. “As we continue to build momentum, their leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, elevating our retail partnerships, and driving sustainable growth across all channels and product categories.”

“I am excited to join Salomon at this pivotal moment,” Stauth said. “Salomon’s commitment to innovation, performance and style connects deeply with my passion for connecting amazing product with consumers across the marketplace.”

Stauth’s appointment, alongside Sullivan’s and Fallon’s, reinforces Salomon’s commitment to investing in experienced leadership to scale responsibly and strategically, the company said.

Salomon, along with technical apparel and footwear brand Arc’teryx, are owned by Amer Sports. In the fourth quarter earnings report last month, Amer’s CEO James Zheng called the Salomon brand a “rising star,” and said the brand “surpassed the $2 billion sales mark.”
