Imran Potato’s next Vans project moves from the Knu Skool into two older skate staples: the Half Cab and Old Skool. His early work with Vans helped put more attention on the Knu Skool before the model became a bigger retro play, so seeing the brand circle back to him during this current run makes sense.
Shown during Paris Fashion Week, the upcoming Imran Potato x Vans lineup is not built around matching pairs. The Half Cab takes the louder route with furry underlays and a red-and-black animal print upper. A Potato logo hit appears on the heel, though the texture and pattern already make the collab clear enough.
The Old Skool comes across as more down-to-earth, but still embodies his saturation-forward styling. Deep teal panels are accented by purple trimmets, creating a less conventional color scheme on the timeless low-top.
The Imran Potato x Vans Half Cab and Old Skool are expected to release between Q1 and Q2 2027. Pricing and retailer details have not been announced.
