Tyler, The Creator is digging back into Converse’s basketball archive again, and this time the Pro Leather is getting a loud Le Fleur twist.
After helping bring attention to some of Converse’s lesser-used silhouettes through his 1908 program, Tyler appears to be moving toward one of the brand’s more recognizable classics. First looks at the Tyler, The Creator x Le Fleur x Converse Pro Leather have surfaced through his own social posts and overseas sightings, giving the vintage hoops model a playful update without completely changing its shape.
The biggest change comes at the toe. Instead of keeping the front clean, this version adds an oversized rubber star across the toe cap, giving the sneaker a bold detail that immediately separates it from recent inline Pro Leather releases. Le Fleur branding is also worked throughout the design, keeping Tyler’s signature identity attached to the project.
Several colorways have already been spotted, including green and white, silver and green, and white and red pairs. Each comes with thick laces and aged-looking soles, adding to the retro feel. Tyler was also seen wearing a black and cream version at the Jackass: Best and Last premiere, suggesting more pairs could be part of the rollout.
As of now, release details and pricing for the Tyler, The Creator x Le Fleur x Converse Pro Leather Collection have not been announced. With pairs already appearing at Converse Indonesia locations, more information should surface soon.
